Corporate Governance Mechanism: Its Role Against the Criteria for Sharia Stocks and Share Prices

AbstractPurpose - This study examines the effect of corporate governance mechanisms represented by number board commissioners and directors on fulfillment sharia stock criteria prices. Methodology The data collected from 195 Islamic issuers listed Indonesian Sharia Stock Index with observation period 2012- 2016 annual report. analytical tool used is a robust path analysis using WARP PLS. Findings results state that there direct influence mechanism criteria, an indirect through but no average value TUBTA NPI well below maximum limit set OJK, compliance officer in company under study. existence compliant officers may be solution for differences occurs between commissioner's finance criteria.Keywords: Board commissioners; directors; financial criteria;
